To search for a specific track or artist, type the name into the search bar and results will start filtering.
If you need to search for a specific artist, check the "Artist" box.
If you need to search for a specific song title, check the "Track" box.
If you want search results to only provide exact matches to what you have typed in, check the “Return Exact Matches” box.

You can also search for music based on the filters available on the left hand side of the screen (if on desktop) or by clicking the filter icon next to the search bar (on mobile). Filtering enables you to have more fine-tuned control to choose tracks that are right for your routine.
You can search for music based on:
Territory - filter content based on the country you are based in and the country you are competing in.
Price - there are 3 tiers of music. Production ($) - typically $10, Up & Coming ($$) - typically $15-20, Established ($$$) - typically $25. These fees are for a term of 1 year, for 1 country/region.
Genre - filter music based on various music genres. You can also click the Genre on the track to filter.
Recording Type - filter Remixes, Instrumentals, Acapella’s etc.
Mood - filter music based on various moods. You can also click the Mood on the track to filter.
Vocalisation Type - filter by High-Low vocal presence.
Parental Advisory - filter explicit / non-explicit content.
Record Label - filter by the record label the music is released by.
Rights Add ons - filter by the rights that are additionally available. Please note, Online video is available to Teams/Athletes but Live Streaming and Video on Demand is a license available to the Event Organiser. If you are attending an event that is being live streamed or released on a video on demand platform, it is best to choose music that has those rights available for the Event Organiser to increase the likelihood of your music being played with the video, rather than muted.
BPM - filter by the beats per minute / speed of the music.
Year - filter by release year.
Filters can be deselected by clicking the "X" to the right of the filter or, all deselected at once by clicking "Clear Filters"
Please note, multiple filters can be selected at once in order to narrow your search for the perfect music.

Results can be sorted by using the sort dropdown bar on the top right (on desktop), or the sort icon to the left of the track counter (on mobile).

To create a playlist, click the playlist icon on the far right of the track card.
You can either:
Select an existing playlist from the dropdown
Add New Playlist - When selected you can create a Playlist Name and Description. Click “Add”.
To edit a playlist
Go to “My Playlists” in the Profile dropdown at the top right.
Click the “Edit playlist icon”.
On the edit page you can edit the name, Description, order of tracks, randomise the order, add more tracks, filter explicit tracks, add all items to the cart, or share.
Click “Save”.
To share a playlist
Go to “My Playlists” in the Profile dropdown on the top right of the navigation bar.
Select the playlist you’d like to share by clicking on the name.
Select the “Share” icon.
Copy the link and send it to the person you want to share the playlist with.

To add a specific track(s) to the shopping cart, click on the Cart Icon to the far right of the track card.
Once the track is added to the cart, it will be reflected with a red notification above the Cart Icon at the top right of the page in the navigation bar.
Click on the Cart Icon to start the checkout process
You will need to enter the following information:
Performer(s)/Team/Group Name: Name of the person / group of people using the music in their routine.
Email: Email of the person/group responsible for the license.
Producer/Editor
Name: Name of the person or organisation making your music mix (if applicable). If you do not have a producer, enter the Performer(s)/Team/Group Name.
Email: Email of the person or organisation making your music mix (if applicable). If you do not have a producer, enter the Performer(s)/Team/Group Email
Business/Organisation: Name of business/organisation you represent e.g School Name, Club Name etc (if applicable). If you are not connected with a business/organisation, enter the Performer(s)/Team/Group Name.
Managing Person Name: Name of the person responsible for the license.
Countries/Regions: Select the countries/regions the Performer(s)/Team/Group are based in, and competing in.
License Options: Standard License - 1 Year - this is the default option and covers the license needed by the Performer(s)/Team/Group in order to make a mix of music / Music Accompaniment.
Online Video - there is an option to add an online video license for Performer(s)/Team/Group’s who wish to upload a video of their routine on their website only. Please note, this license does not cover social media use.
Click “Review & Pay”
On the left hand side of the screen (on desktop), you can preview your license agreement.
On the right hand side of the screen (on desktop), you can select your payment option.
You can either:
‘Pay by Card’ - pay by credit/debit card
‘Pay by Invoice’ - enter in the name and email of the person who needs the invoice to make payment. Payment can then be made either by card or bank transfer.
Once complete, click "Pay".
After a successful payment, click "View your Licenses"

You can either:
view your license after completing payment by clicking “View your Licenses”
go to the Profile dropdown on the top right and click “My Licenses”
You can view your Purchased licenses by clicking “View”.
You can download your music by clicking the download icon on the far right of the track card. Please note, you will only get access to 1 download.
Any licenses that have been “Paid by Invoice” but payment has not yet been received, will show in the Pending tab.

If you need to add a 2nd country/region add on to your license, you can:
Go to “My Licenses” in the Profile dropdown at the top right.
Select “View” on the license you want to update.
Select “Amend License”
Select “Add Country/Region”
Select the country/region you wish to add.
Click Review & Pay.
Follow the checkout process.

If you need to add / change a managing person on the license you can:
Go to “My Licenses” in the Profile dropdown at the top right.
Select “View” on the license you want to update.
Select “Amend License”
Select “Add Managing Person”
Enter the new Managing Person's Email and Name.
Agree to the terms by checking the box.
Click “Add Person to License”
Their name will now appear under Managing People on the License page.

Go to ‘My Licenses’ in the profile dropdown.
Click ‘View’ on your license.
At the top right, click ‘Download US Tax Witholding and Reporting Form’.
Please note, this form is a W8BENE which is the international equivalent to the W9.

Submit a Request:
Click ‘Request’ on the navigation bar. Depending on which subdomain you are accessing the platform from, you may see a screening question to make sure you are directed to the correct license request type. If you see this questions, and need to make a request for a recording, please select: ‘I am creating a mix of music using audio for Colour Guard, Winter Guard, Cheer, Dance, Gymnastics, Ice Skating etc.’
Input the information as requested on the form. Please note, some fields are required.
Title (Song title)*: Enter the title of the song you wish to request.
Artist*: Enter the name of the artist who recorded the song.
ISRC: If you have the ISRC (recording code), please add it here.
Suggestions of tracks will appear in the Suggestions box.
If the track is available in our pre-cleared catalogue, you will see this icon (CART +). This means the item is pre-cleared and you can license it instantly.
If the item has this icon (LICENSE +), you will need to request the item.
If you have provided all the necessary data, and verified it is correct, and you still cannot see your requested item in the suggestions box, you can make a request using the data that you have provided by clicking on the track displayed beneath the suggestions box. The displayed item will be filled out for you automatically using the data you have provided in the above form fields. Click the (LICENSE +) icon to request this track.
If you have a budget for the license, please enter it in the Budget field.
Click ‘Next’.
Enter the next steps on the form:
Performer(s)/Team/Group Name*: Name of the person / group of people using the music in their routine.
Sport*: Select or type out your Sport.
Business/Organisation*: Name of business/organisation you represent e.g School Name, Club
Code*: International dial code
Contact Phone Number*: Your contact phone number.
Countries/Regions*: The countries/regions in which you need a license. This is typically your home country plus any country you are competing in.
Track(s) Needed By*: The date you need the license by.
Usage Type*: Select the type of license you need.
Description of Use*: Provide any additional information to help with your request
Click Submit
You will see the Success page and can then navigate to ‘view your requests’ or ‘request another license’.
View a request:
You can view your license requests at any time by going to the profile icon on the top right and selecting Track Requests.
You will be able to view any updates on specific requests by clicking ‘View’ on the request you wish to see.
You can cancel your request at any time by clicking ‘Cancel’ and selecting a reason.
