To blanket license video-on-demand rights, please review the license agreement below and accept, by filling in the form.

Commercial Terms:

 

1. You agree to either:

a) pay an upfront fee of £150 (minimum revenue guarantee) to secure the license and an additional 5% of your revenue to cover the songs available on the ClicknClear platform.

b) pay no upfront fee to secure the license and 7.5% of your revenue to cover the songs available on the ClicknClear platform.

This fee is to be reported to us at the end of every calendar quarter within the term.

2. You agree to use our license verification tool to identify the songs being used on your platform, for reporting purposes.

3. You agree to prominently display the ClicknClear Approved Logo on your Licensed Service during the term. A Logo file will be provided via email once the license has been secured.
