ABOUT OUR PLATFORM

Our internal team is working with various music industry rights holders to continually increase our content, sport governing bodies and other ecosystem stakeholders to promote and implement our solution, and external development partners who bring expertise in different aspects of the system (such as rights management / ingestion, royalty reporting, content ID / fingerprinting, cue sheet building).

 

We are building a truly unique capability that securely and seamlessly manages the availability of licensed music throughout the ecosystem for the benefit of key stakeholders like rights holders, music producers, teams and athletes, event producers, sport governing bodies and music collecting societies worldwide.

 

Our cloud-based platform perfects the flow of royalties to rightsholders via full verification and tracking from the point of licensing of tracks and creation of a mix right through to streaming for practice and in competition venues.

FULL STACK LEAD DEVELOPER

 

Position: Permanent

Location: Remote but ideally UK based

Salary: TBD

 

Your Qualities:

• Ability to manage projects in a remote software team

• Hungry to learn new techniques and technology

• Ambitious drive with a growth mindset

Your Skills & Experience:

We believe a good engineer can excel using any technology stack so we are more interested in finding a great developer with the right attitude than a tick list of frameworks and technologies. 

 

That being said the following skills are essential for this role:

• Full stack web development in JavaScript

• Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, etc)

• Managing agile software projects

 

The following skills are non essential, but desirable:

• API development in NodeJS

• Strong HTML and CSS

• Modern Javascript frameworks especially React

• Relational Databases especially MySQL/MariaDB 

• Familiarity with Linux

 

The following skills are not required, but would be a plus:

• Experience in working with audio technology

• Experience of the Sports or Music industry

• Git

• Content recognition (Watermarking / Fingerprinting)
